CANCELLATION AND LATE POLICY: You will need a valid credit/debit card to book and reserve your appointment, your card will not be charged at time of booking. The price listed and show when selecting appointment is the labor service fee and you will be charged the full amount of that fee in the event of a late cancellation or no show. You are allowed to reschedule your appointment 1 time or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. If after the 1st reschedule you decide to cancel or reschedule you will be charged the 50% of the labor service fee shown when booking and selecting appointment. If you are a no-show, cancel after the 24-hour mark, or are more than 10 minutes late your card will be charged 50% of the amount of the labor service fee shown when booking and selecting appointment. Anyone who disputes charges will not be allowed to rebook.
